Remington & Vernick Engineers (RVE), founded in 1901, is one of the oldest established consulting firms in the country and has successfully completed thousands of planning, engineering and capital infrastructure improvement projects. We represent diverse clients including municipalities throughout Pennsylvania. Our professional staff includes experts in all major areas of engineering required to support capital facilities and infrastructure improvements, land use planning and redevelopment, tax map maintenance, GIS database, environmental support services, and technical and administrative support services required to efficiently and effectively serve any municipality.

Grant Coordination

Corporate-wide, RVE develops and coordinates numerous grant/loan-funded programs for local, State and Federal agencies. Each year, the firm successfully completes campaigns by preparing and submitting applications for grant/loan programs to assist clients in developing strategies to fund their projects for community planning, infrastructure development, civic, park and recreational facilities.

RVE obtains grants and loans for projects such as community planning, transportation, infrastructure development, municipal facilities, energy efficiency, renewable energy and parks and recreation. Through this extensive experience, we have developed valuable relationships with funding agencies to ensure our staff is aware of the latest funding program updates. We discuss funding programs with key agency staff members to ensure our clients’ projects are provided with the maximum amount of financial assistance available.

We provide high quality engineering and planning consulting services to support our more than 200 clients throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. Since information on funding sources is often difficult to find and understand, RVE developed and maintains a centralized corporate database to track grant and loan programs that may apply to projects in need of funding. The database ensures key information regarding program eligibility, award amounts, matching requirements and application deadlines is readily available.
