Stephanie Cuthbert, PE, CME, serves as Executive Vice President of RVE’s Water/Wastewater Division and has over 30 years of experience in the water/wastewater industry. In that time she has worked with numerous utility clients to evaluate their water and sewer infrastructure and provide design and permitting for utility system improvements.
