Our work hours and location (onsite, hybrid or remote) depend on your role and experience level. While remote work offers convenience, interns, recent graduates and early-career professionals may find that spending more time onsite provides valuable learning experiences, networking opportunities and support that foster professional growth.
During the introductory period, employees may need to adjust their preferred schedule or work location to support onboarding and team integration. These arrangements are reviewed during the Introductory Period with potential adjustments based on role needs and employee progress.
