RVE internships and co-ops are more than resume builders—they’re real-world experiences. You’ll work on meaningful projects, collaborate with experts in the field, and see firsthand how your studies apply in practice. We’ve designed our programs to give you the skills, mentorship, and confidence to launch your career. Many of our interns join us full-time after graduation, continuing their journey with RVE.

Each year, our team attends career fairs at colleges and universities across the region to share insight about our work, discuss internship and full-time opportunities, and help students explore how they can grow with RVE.

Tips for Speed Interviewing

Speed interviewing is a fast-paced format where candidates meet with several RVE team members in a series of short conversations. It gives you the chance to showcase your skills and personality to different interviewers, while allowing us to get a well-rounded view of your strengths and interests in a supportive, engaging way. Speed interviews move quickly, but they’re a great way to show your strengths. Here’s how to make the most of them:

  • Be concise. You’ll only have a few minutes with each interviewer, so keep your answers clear and focused.
  • Use real examples. Share short stories that highlight your skills, coursework, or experiences that connect to the role.
  • Show personality. We’re not just looking for technical ability — we want to see your energy, curiosity, and values in action.
  • Prepare questions. Have one or two quick questions ready for each interviewer to show your interest.
