Last week Timothy Kolody, PE, LEED AP BD+C, was presented a proclamation from the State of New Jersey by Deputy Majority Leader William F. Moen, Jr., recognizing him as the recipient of the 2022 Young Engineer of the Year of the Delaware Valley. The award recognizes an outstanding engineer 35 years of age or under who has demonstrated leadership and made outstanding contributions to the engineering profession in the Greater Philadelphia region.
Tim serves as a Project Engineer and Mechanical Discipline Lead for the firm. He started his tenure with RVE in 2005 as a summer intern after graduating high school. He joined the firm full time following his graduation from Cedarville University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. In his current role as a mechanical engineer and a mechanical discipline lead, Tim works as a project engineer and assists with the general oversite of the mechanical engineering staff.
“Tim’s combination of dedication to his work and commitment to the MEP Department and our firm is an example that all employees at RVE should strive to emulate. I look forward to seeing Tim develop in his leadership role as he takes on new challenges here at RVE in the years to come.” – Christopher A. Saponaro, PE, PP, MEP Department Head
