Steven Bolt, PE, PTOE Joins RVE’s Infrastructure Group

We are pleased to welcome Steven B. Bolt, PE, PTOE to the firm as Pennsylvania Regional Director in the firm’s Infrastructure Design Group. Steven has 35 years of progressively responsible experience related to engineering in the transportation sector and will support the firm’s transportation team in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

“Steven will be a significant asset to RVE as we continue to strengthen our transportation team and expand infrastructure operations in the mid-Atlantic,” said Infrastructure Division Leader William Bisirri. “He has significant experience working with transportation agencies in a leadership role. Having Steve on our team will allow us to further develop and grow our presence in the Pennsylvania market.”

Steven is a licensed professional engineer with extensive experience implementing and overseeing projects related to transportation infrastructure. His expertise includes day-to-day operations and management of transportation groups for large engineering firms, most recently T.Y. Lin International. Steven’s responsibilities have included leading Business Development pursuits and sales as well as serving as client contact for numerous agencies including PennDOT, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, PHL, PIDC, DRPA, DRBA, DRJTBC, DelDOT and Cayman Islands Government.

Steven has a BS in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Florida, Nevada and Maryland. He is a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer and a Professional Planner in New Jersey.
