RVE's Jamison Zimmerman Receives NJAFM 2024 Outstanding Local Floodplain Management Official Award

RVE is pleased to announce that Jamison Zimmerman, CFM, has received the New Jersey Association for Floodplain Management's (NJAFM) 2024 Outstanding Local Floodplain Management Official Award. This prestigious accolade honors Jamie’s contributions to providing floodplain management services in New Jersey.

Before Superstorm Sandy struck in October 2012, RVE had limited involvement in the floodplain management market. The devastation caused by the storm prompted the Toms River region to engage in this vital field. At the heart of this movement was Jamie, who has since become a driving force in establishing and enhancing floodplain management services across the state.

As a dedicated floodplain officer, Jamie provides daily support to various waterfront clients, assisting individual residents in rebuilding their homes and helping municipalities secure discounts on flood insurance rates. Her passion and commitment to excellence have transformed the floodplain management landscape for many communities along the Jersey shore.

"Jamie’s recognition is well deserved. She is always going the extra mile to put forth excellent work. RVE and our floodplain management clients appreciate Jamie's hard work and her ability to inspire us to do our best every day." – Pamela Hilla, PE, CME, CFM, Project Manager/Engineer, Associate

Join us in congratulating Jamison Zimmerman on this outstanding honor. We look forward to more achievements and positive impacts in the future.
