Grand View Health and St. Luke’s University Health Network have announced the signing of a definitive agreement to partner, a strategic move that will strengthen their shared commitment to delivering the highest quality care to patients. The partnership, which has been unanimously approved by both organizations’ boards, is expected to be finalized in mid-to-late 2025, pending regulatory review and completion of closing conditions.
RVE assisted St. Luke’s by providing comprehensive due diligence services for properties owned by Grand View Health in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. RVE provided a wide range of technical services, including environmental investigations and ALTA Land Title Surveys in close coordination with project stakeholders.
This partnership ensures Grand View’s future and enhances its ability to serve the community and its patients. Grand View Health, headquartered in Sellersville, PA, is a nonprofit, community-based health system with over 2,000 employees, serving residents of Bucks and Montgomery counties.
