RVE Recognized at NJ Alliance for Action Leading Capital Construction Projects Awards

RVE was recognized by the New Jersey Alliance for Action at the 14th Annual Leading Capital Construction Projects Awards for its work on two projects. RVE was honored for its contributions to the Woodcrest Station Platform Rehabilitation and Inspira Health Mullica Hill Medical Center Expansion projects. The awards program highlights significant infrastructure projects that have a positive impact on New Jersey and recognizes the businesses and organizations that work together to achieve project success.

For the Woodcrest Station Platform Rehabilitation, RVE is providing construction management services to the Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA). The work for this project consists of the replacement of the two Woodcrest Station platforms, structural repairs, headhouse replacement, installation of new HVAC systems for the headhouses, roof membrane and substrate replacement, electrical and communication system improvements as well as ceiling and floor replacement in the lower level of the station. RVE's tasks include providing comprehensive construction monitoring services, including inspections for compliance with contract plans, materials and work procedures, as well as project schedule reviews, payment oversight and conflict resolution in collaboration with the contractor.

The Inspira Health Mullica Hill Medical Center Expansion project includes a new 150,000-square foot, five-story wing, an overbuild adjacent to the hospital’s main entrance, renovation of several existing spaces on the first floor and additional parking. The project will expand Inspira's services and capabilities at its Gloucester County hospital. RVE is providing construction management and inspection services for all civil/site work on behalf of our client, Harrison Township.
