RVE Attends Groundbreaking Ceremony for Bright Hope Playground in Pottstown PA
The Montgomery County Housing Authority (MCHA) held a groundbreaking to mark the start of the new inclusive playground for the MCHA’s Bright Hope Community in Pottstown, PA. The current playground equipment, which was over 40 years old, was in need of a long awaited update.
As MCHA Engineer RVE provided engineering design and landscape architecture services for this project, which included a new ADA compliant playground to replace existing play structures and associated site improvements. The project's goal was to amend the existing concept plan for the playground, rehabilitate an existing access road and add ADA-accessible parking spaces. RVE will also provide construction documents, bidding and construction management and inspection services.
