RVE Acquires Sud Associates, P.A.

RVE is pleased to announce its acquisition of Sud Associates, P.A. (Sud), a highly regarded consulting engineering firm based in Durham, NC and Asheville, NC. Sud will operate as an affiliate of RVE. With the acquisition complete, RVE now has offices in the Durham and Asheville metropolitan areas to better serve clients throughout the South Atlantic.

Founded in 1979, Sud is a consulting engineering firm that provides engineering design, study and research services for an array of projects including multi-use facilities, local governments, school systems, state facilities, national and local parks and industrial facilities. Their staff includes Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)-accredited professionals with expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEPF) engineering disciplines.
