RVE recently attended the ribbon cutting for the replacement of Bucks County Bridge No. 45. The bridge is a concrete deck girder bridge located on Stony Bridge Road (T-417) over Deep Run Creek in Bedminster Township. RVE completed the engineering design of the new prestressed concrete adjacent box beam bridge, construction consultation and shop drawing review. Our Project Manager Joseph Pegnetter, PE completed the design, bidding, letting and the construction administration of this challenging project. All work was performed in compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) and Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) requirements.
RVE prepared the Project Development Checklist to advertise the project through PennDOT’s ECMS portal. Our staff attended the preconstruction meeting and status meetings throughout construction. RVE was responsible for shop drawing and RFI reviews through the PennDOT Project Collaboration Center (PPCC) portal.
