After 32 years of serving as RVE’s CFO, Mark Grizer is preparing for his retirement—and we are happy to share that he will be remaining with the firm in a part time consulting/advisory capacity. In addition to supporting our new CFO Mike Messina, Mark will continue to lead our transition from Deltek Vision to Vantagepoint. Mark was instrumental when we converted to Vision years ago and his expertise will be a significant asset as we navigate the enhancements and added features of the updated software.
Implementing Vantagepoint is a significant investment that, when fully deployed, will allow us to evaluate and improve our overall efficiency, productivity and profitability. Mark will bring his financial and institutional knowledge to help us better serve our clients. One of his early responsibilities following Vantagepoint’s rollout will be working with leaders across the firm to develop reports and dashboards that will allow us to manage projects—and therefore serve our clients—more efficiently with real time information.
