Holly Marrone Joins RVE as VP of Human Resources

RVE is pleased to welcome Holly Marrone, SHRM-CP to the firm as its Vice President of Human Resources (HR). This new role was created to assist the company in managing its strategic growth plan as it continues expanding its service area.

“Holly’s focus will be on strategic planning and analysis, succession planning, talent management and leadership development,” said Leonard A. Faiola, PE, President and CEO. “Her leadership and organizational development expertise complement our executive team as we continue to further refine and implement the company’s overall strategic initiatives.”

Holly comes to RVE from the University of Pennsylvania where she held a variety of roles over the last 18 years. As Senior Training and Development Consultant, Holly was responsible for supporting the 10,000 employee University community with coaching, consulting and training. She helped design, develop and facilitate a variety of leadership development programs from the individual contributor level through senior leadership and supported the University’s engagement and talent management initiatives.

In 2018, Holly became the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Penn’s School of Nursing and was promoted to Executive Director and Chief People Officer in 2021. At Penn Nursing, Holly led a team who oversaw all HR and administration functions for faculty, staff, temps and students. She supported a variety of strategic and transformation initiatives including implementation of Workday at the University level, the merger of faculty affairs and human resource functional areas within Penn Nursing, and creation of the School’s five-year strategic plan.

Holly received her BS in Business Administration (Marketing specialization) from Rowan University and a MSOD with a concentration in Organizational Consulting and Executive Coaching from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and holds certifications including Strategic Workforce Planning, Master Instructional Designer, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and LIFO Method. Holly is an Adjunct Instructor at Rowan University in the Rohrer College of Business.
