Congratulations to RVE's New Executive Vice Presidents
We are pleased to announce three significant promotions of key firm leaders, all effective September 1, into new positions. Stephanie Cuthbert, PE, CME, Principal is our Executive Vice President of the Water/Wastewater Division; Edward Dennis, Jr., PE, PP, CME, Principal is the Executive Vice President of the Shore Division and Paul D. Cray, PE, PP, CME, Principal is the Executive Vice President of the North Jersey Division. The need for these new positions is a direct result of the continued strategic growth of the firm and underscores our recognition that strong, proven leadership is required as we move into 2025. These leaders will work across teams to ensure that, firmwide, we are delivering the level of quality service needed to help our clients reach their goals and result in successful projects. Stephanie has developed our water/wastewater services, a cornerstone service area of the firm since our inception, into a robust division that provides unmatched services to clients across the geographic areas where we work. Under her direction, the division has continued a strong growth trajectory and been on the cutting edge of providing innovative solutions to our clients. In her new role, Stephanie will collaborate across the firm to ensure our clients receive unparalleled client services as we expand our water/wastewater capabilities.
Edward Dennis, Jr., PE, PP, CME
Principal l Executive Vice President of the Shore Division
The Cape Atlantic region and surrounding areas of New Jersey have been rolled into our new Shore Division and will be overseen by Eddie. Headquartered in our newest location on Fire Road in Egg Harbor Township, the Shore Division also includes our Toms River and Wildwood offices. Eddie will broaden his focus in this new position to ensure that clients throughout the Shore Division receive consistent, high-quality services that meet budgetary and schedule goals.
Paul D. Cray, PE, PP, CME
Principal l Executive Vice President of the North Jersey Division
Paul will be taking on executive responsibility for our entire North Jersey Division which includes offices in Secaucus and Marlboro Township and services at Lakewood Township. Paul’s success in client growth and retention in Northern New Jersey makes him an excellent choice to take on this new role to maximize client satisfaction and strengthen our project delivery in this important region.
