About the Project
The Marquis is the first and largest mixed-use residential and retail development in Easton, PA. This $70 million landmark project is comprised of seven stories and 400,000 square feet featuring 264 luxury apartments, including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The building boasts high-end amenities such as an infinity pool, private dog park, rooftop deck, coffee bar and courtyards with firepits and grills. The pet-friendly community offers premium finishes like gourmet kitchens with Energy Star appliances, quartz countertops and luxury vinyl-wood plank flooring. The Marquis includes three ground-floor retail spaces, attached parking and a range of services such as controlled access, community-wide Wi-Fi, bike storage and concierge services. Built by North Star Construction under a joint venture between City Center Group and Peron Development, the project represents a major investment in downtown Easton. RVE provided comprehensive engineering services, including conceptual planning, stormwater management, erosion control, sewage facilities planning and NPDES compliance and ensured all land development regulatory and client requirements were met throughout the project. RVE also provided engineering services during construction including answering RFIs, submittal reviews and site visits.
