RVE provided comprehensive site/civil engineering services for a high-profile mixed-use development project at 185 S Third Street in Easton, PA, on behalf of City Center Group and Peron Development. The project involves the construction of a five-story building that will feature 273 modern apartment units and approximately 5,000 square feet of amenity and restaurant space. The development also includes parking facilities and a thoughtfully designed public park area for both residents and the broader community to enjoy. RVE's involvement spanned multiple critical phases of the project, starting with the creation of conceptual sketch plans for initial review, followed by detailed zoning applications and complete land development plans. The project required coordination with various regulatory bodies, including the City of Easton, the Northampton County Conservation District and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, all of which RVE successfully navigated to secure the necessary approvals. Key components of RVE’s scope of services included the preparation of erosion and sediment control plans, comprehensive stormwater management plans and handling all aspects of the NPDES permitting process to ensure environmental compliance. Beyond design and regulatory approvals, RVE played an active role in project management, coordinating stakeholder meetings and conducting site visits to verify adherence to regulatory requirements.
