SEPTA Lansdale Station Parking Garage
Since the Lansdale Station is the most frequently used station on SEPTA’s Lansdale/Doylestown Line, the need for parking was evident. Seven new mixed-use and residential developments have been planned for Lansdale Borough, leading to an increase in ridership, there is a demand for parking.
1600 Park & Hoboken Cove Park Design
Starting more than a decade ago, concerned residents fought to preserve two areas in Northern Hoboken, 1600 Park and Hoboken Cove, for open space. Thanks to their efforts, plans for two new parks moved forward in 2010 by retaining Remington & Vernick Engineers (RVE) as the engineering consultant for the project.
Atlantic City Expressway Third Lane Widening
The South Jersey Transportation Authority (SJTA) wanted to widen the westbound Atlantic City Expressway to provide a third lane from MP 25.0 to 31.8. Among the challenges presented were that the widening had to occur on the inside median of the existing westbound roadway.
