Earning his NJPLS in 2000, Mr. Adamson is presently in the process of retaining both a Pennsylvania and Delaware P.L.S. He is also a certified Associate Engineering Technician (AET), NICET Level IV. In addition, he has completed 40-hour OSHA and Confined Space Training and is a New Jersey Licensed Notary Public.
Born and raised in Paulsboro, Gloucester County, NJ, Mr. Adamson graduated from Paulsboro High School, and attended Gloucester County College, Rutgers, and Drexel Universities. He currently resides in Haddonfield, NJ, and has two daughters, Samantha, 24, and Sydney, 21. In his spare time, Charles enjoys traveling, fishing, cooks, and Coaches & Trains Girls Softball and has a café at Wedgewood Swim Club “Not Just Snacks” during the summer months.
He currently serves as Executive Director of Remington & Vernick’s Charity Committee. Founded in 1990, the Committee involves the company in volunteerism, fundraising, food, and toy drives throughout the Tri-State area. The committee’s goal is to be a source of help and hope to people coping with extraordinary circumstances. As Executive Director, Mr. Adamson oversees all charity events, including the annual bowling tournament, food and clothing drives, golf tournament and various other fundraising events throughout the year. He has raised over $750,000 for over 100 charities. He is currently a board member of the Haddonfield Lions Club and Carings Hearts Assoc.
Some of his reputable clients include: the Port Authority of NY & NJ; Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission; Casino Reinvestment Development Agency (CRDA); Burlington County Bridge Commission (BCBC); South Jersey Transportation Authority (SJTA); Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA); New Jersey Department of Agricultural and Environmental Protection Department for Greenacres/Open Space Projects; New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT); and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT). He currently serves as Professional Land Surveying Consultant for a number of State agencies and private clients, supporting and managing projects throughout the tri-state area.
Mr. Adamson is very proud that he is an adopted foster child who made it out of the system and went on to build a successful career and life.
