The Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors (PSLS) and the New Jersey Society of Professional Land Surveyors (NJSPLS) host an annual conference bringing together land surveyors from all over the state. Both organizations host this event every year to recognize the top achievers in this profession. This year, RVE employees had the honor of being recognized for their outstanding mapping efforts at both 2020 conferences. Jim Savage won two first-place awards and Ben Smith McRobie won a third-place award at the 2020 PSLS conference. Ethan Snyder was also awarded a second-place award at the 2020 NJSPLS conference.
Jim Savage received two first-place awards for a property survey for the Township of Aston and a Topographic Survey for the Lansdale Cemetery Drainage Improvements in Pennsylvania.
Ben Smith McRobie received third place for a map of DMWA Water Distribution System for Downingtown, Pennsylvania.
Ethan Snyder received second place for the Water Utilities map for Collingswood Borough, Woodlynne Borough and Haddon Township in New Jersey.
